The UB-DM050U is a 5 megapixel USB bench microscope with 50–250× magnification and up to 30 fps output. It is bus-powered over USB 2.0 and ships with calibrated measurement software for Windows and macOS. A height-adjustable aluminium stand keeps it in focus at the QC station. Available for OEM and ODM branding.
At QC stations the workflow is repetitive: inspect, measure, capture, move on. The DM050U is built for exactly that loop. The 5-megapixel sensor captures 2592×1944 stills — enough headroom that a rejected part can be re-examined on a larger screen later, without dragging the part back under the lens.
Because it is USB-powered, there is no battery to manage and no wireless handshake to babysit. It wakes with the PC, appears as a standard video device, and behaves identically every single shift — which is precisely what a documented inspection process needs.
